this pretty little thing was hanging around outside my window this afternoon.. we saw it in the carpark before going for dinner, so i ran in to get my camera.. for fear that it will disappear when i get back to the car, i snapped a shot of it while still in my room.. it disappeared by the time i got to the carpark..
it's the second time i've seen such a full rainbow.. the first time was in secondary school, my memory's failing me, and i cant rem some parts very well anymore.. i remember that it was during one morning assembly where we were gathered on the field. it was days before the opening of synergise, mabbe a week? can't remember that detail too well, but i vaguely remember being scolded as a school cos we werent very well prepared for it. the sky was very gloomy and it looked like it was about to rain any moment. just then, everyone was looking into the sky.. and there it was, hanging right over us, a huge rainbow.. it was almost like we were the pot of gold at the end of it! after many moments of ooo-ing and aaa-ing, it began to drizzle lightly, so we went indoors.. i remember looking out at the sky again and there were 2 rainbows! the second one was not as bright, they say it's the reflection of the first one.. i remember making a wish at the rainbow.. and i remember that it came true..
i was too busy getting the camera and trying to capture it on "film" this time round that i forgot to make a wish.. i guess i should have just enjoyed the moment and treasured it as it is..
anw, here's the baby for everyone to enjoy =) make a wish, maybe it works like the real thing! =)
