was in singapore for 2 weeks the last time i was back! the first week was my normal "break" week, and i found out on the morning i was supposed to fly out that i had to stay back another week to extend my visa!
SIN 9am - 3pm = sleep ( i wake up @ 11am-2pm), brekkie, lunch with mama and friends
SIN 3pm - 12am = work (ISR 9am - 6pm)
SIN 12am - 9am = work (SJC 8am - 5pm), sleep
i slept at 5am for 2 of the nights i was back. and was down with flu almost the entire time i was back.. the 2 nights that i had to sleep at 5am worsened the condition. next time i'm back i probably should plan to sleep between 9am - 3pm, instead of having weird sleeping patterns that my body cannot withstand. i can already predict what's going to happen when i sleep late. i'll wake up the next day with an itchy throat, followed by a sore throat the next next day, and a full blown flu the next next next day! i've been sick everytime i travelled home.. everytime. sometimes the flu lingers on till i return to israel, and i'll be sick for a week when i'm here too... i worry for my health. people are commenting that i've become thinner (which i take as a compliment, and i should not go any thinner, i like my current size hahaha), but at the same time they say i look very tired, and that i should do something about my breakout.. :(
i should get a flu shot.
no, i should not work so hard and sleep at the right times!
