it was earth hour at 8.30pm yesterday and i did my part! at 8.27pm i ended my chat sessions and hibernated my computer, pulled the plug out of the wall and switched off all the lights in my house! had wanted to head to sf or something to witness the "turn off the lights" moment, but only woke up at ~4pm so did not have enough time to plan out where to go and who to go with! sat down in the living room for a few minutes, enjoying the darkness in the house and enjoying the street lights peeping in.. had for a few moments wanted to bring some stuff out and sit in my car to get some work done, but thought it's too mafan and cold to be sitting out there for an hour, so decided to take a nap! well.. all i can say is that my earth hour was more like earth-12-hour cos the next time i woke up it was already 8am! and i only really got up at 10am this morning...so i was only awake for ~4hours yesterday!? hooray earth hour!
