apparently i exclaimed loud and often enough about my love for orange juice that pok decided that this is the perfect birthday gift for me! and i must say that it sure is! :)
right after i opened the gift, pok, me, jianing and teck teck took a little hike to novena square. pok and i went to cold storage and bought 27 oranges to make enough juice to feed 9 people at home. jianing and teck went shopping a little and ended up with an expensive scoop of hagen daz midnight cookies and cream!
it took teck, me, pok and mummy about half an hour, the new juicer and an old-fashioned twisty juicer to get most of the juice out of the oranges to fill a one-litre jug! pok and i were very impressed! we thought we would not have enough juice to go around! heh apparently no one had the appetite for orange juice at 10pm at night, so there was 4 cups left at the end of the night. gor came home and i fed him 1 cup, i had 2 cups for breakfast in the morning, and the final cup for lunch!!
